Common questions

How do I send you my raw data?+
We accept data via secure file transfer (S3, SFTP, or a link to your storage). We'll provide a secure upload link after your project is confirmed. We never store data beyond the agreed project timeline.
How quickly will I get a quote?+
Usually within one business day. We'll reply with a scope, timeline and price based on what you describe in the contact form.
Can I pay in USD?+
Yes. We accept USD via ACH transfer (US companies can pay us like a local vendor), as well as EUR via SEPA. Wire transfers and Wise are also supported.
Is my data GDPR compliant with you?+
Yes. We are based in Berlin, Germany and operate under EU GDPR. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all Professional and Enterprise projects. Data is processed and stored within the EU by default.
What if I'm not happy with the output?+
Every plan includes revision rounds. If the output doesn't meet the agreed specification, we fix it. We won't invoice until you're satisfied with the result.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes, on request for Professional projects and included by default for Enterprise. We understand data confidentiality is critical in AI development.
